The theme for this year’s guide meeting was “Building Global Competencies for World-Class Cycling Guides, bronchitis ” in accordance with the Adventure Travel Trade Association

2015 International Guide Training

Last week, SpiceRoads welcomed 50 of our professionally-licensed multilingual tour leaders for a jammed packed two-day Guide Training Workshop.  The team underwent a certificated first aid training from Red Cross Thailand, where participants learned everything from bandaging, CPR, to dealing with spinal injuries; emergency situation role-plays; a bike maintenance course; guide ride, a fun team

Cyclist Magazine tackles the Kanchanaburi Hills with SpiceRoads

Alex and Damian from Cyclist Magazine Australia few over to Thailand to go on a Road Biking adventure. A highlight was Kanchanaburi Hills ride across the sparsely populated province enjoying smooth tarmac roads, challenging climbs and magnificent views over the River Kwai and Sri Nakarin Reservoir.
